Phase I: Project Discovery and Design
The foundation of every project is the client’s unique goals for their home. The process begins with a discovery call and one-on-one meeting, in which we are able to get to know you on a personal level. Once we have studied your unique routines and rhythms, we begin the research phase as we form an initial direction for our design. We collaborate with skilled architects, contractors, and trades to execute each detail of our vision. As your new home takes shape, we curate the fixtures, finishes, and furnishings that will complete your space. We source vintage, new, local, artisan-made, and custom pieces that add inimitable interest and character.
Phase II: Project Management and Procurement
Many parts of the next phase take place behind the scenes as we take care of the practicalities like invoicing, ordering, tracking shipments, and receiving furnishings. We work directly with a receiving warehouse to ensure everything is delivered on time and in perfect condition. Throughout the remainder of the project, we continue to partner with the contractor and other trades to keep the project moving seamlessly. During this phase, you will receive frequent updates while our studio manages the day-to-day operations.
Phase III: Installation, Styling and Project Completion
When construction is complete and the space is ready, our install team will carefully place each element of your new home—lighting, rugs, furniture, and window treatments. Lastly, we style the artwork and accessories that will add warmth and elevate your space. All of our work together up to this point culminates here in a truly turnkey experience. Finally, we welcome you home to a space that is beautiful, functional, and tailored to you and your lifestyle.
